All sales are final. All charges are non-refundable. The $50,000 Lifetime License fee and the $1,250 onboarding fee are non-refundable once payment has been received and the license agreement has been executed. By completing payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the EightPercent AI Lifetime License Agreement and agree to its terms.

The EightPercent AI trading strategies, algorithms, parameter sets, optimization logic, and infrastructure — including the Conservative (CS01) and Aggressive (AS01) strategy code — are the exclusive intellectual property of EightPercent AI. License holders receive access to the system's output and dashboard; no ownership of the underlying strategies, code, or algorithms is conveyed by the Lifetime License.
Due to the inherent hazards of electronic distribution, market data feeds, and network connectivity, there may be delays, omissions, or inaccuracies in information provided through the Website or the trading system. EightPercent AI, its affiliates, and employees cannot and do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness of information available through the Website or the trading system.

We will make every effort to ensure that system servers remain operational. However, there may be times when servers are unavailable due to power outages, network problems, maintenance, or other reasons. EightPercent AI is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage caused by your inability to access or use the system.
This service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information, data, services, uninterrupted access, or products provided through or in connection with EightPercent AI. EightPercent AI limits the total number of active licenses to 50 in order to manage the aggregate order volume generated when the same strategy signal fires simultaneously across multiple client accounts. At maximum capacity, each signal may represent up to 500 contracts entering the CME futures market simultaneously.
On occasions where both the Conservative (CS01) and Aggressive (AS01) strategies execute signals at or near the same time, the combined order volume may result in execution slippage — meaning fills may occur at prices less favorable than the signal price. In these instances, license holders are notified and exercise their own discretion regarding participation in those trades. EightPercent AI is not responsible for slippage, partial fills, or execution variances that occur as a result of simultaneous multi-account order flow.
License holders acknowledge and accept that execution quality may vary based on market conditions, liquidity, broker routing, and the aggregate order volume of all active EightPercent AI license holders at the time of execution.
The EightPercent AI Lifetime License is a non-expiring, non-subscription license granting permanent access to the EightPercent AI automated trading system, Trade Dashboard, and Copy Trade application (where applicable). The license activates upon receipt of the full $50,000 license fee and $1,250 onboarding fee and execution of the EightPercent AI Lifetime License Agreement.
The Lifetime License is transferable to another individual or entity, subject to prior written approval from EightPercent AI and execution of a revised license agreement by the new license holder. Transfer requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. EightPercent AI reserves the right to decline a transfer request at its sole discretion.
A single client or entity may hold multiple license blocks, subject to remaining availability within the 50-license pool at the time of request. Each $50,000 block counts as one toward the 50-license maximum. Additional blocks may be purchased at any time based on available capacity.
EightPercent AI reserves the right to terminate a license in the event of material breach of these Terms and Conditions, including unauthorized distribution of strategy signals, system access credentials, or proprietary content. No refund will be issued upon termination for cause.
License holders are responsible for maintaining an active ChartVPS Alpha server subscription, a funded and active NinjaTrader or Tradovate brokerage account, and sufficient capital consistent with the license parameters. License holders must notify EightPercent AI promptly of any account changes that may affect system connectivity or execution.
If any provision in these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The laws of the United States of America shall govern this agreement. Any disputes between parties shall be submitted to binding arbitration conducted pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party hereby waives any and all rights to litigate any such dispute in court. Any arbitration award may include an award for attorney fees and costs.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice. Continued use of the Website or the trading system following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
